Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from AMANDANA Skin Rituals.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, sealed and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare or cosmetic products that have been opened, used, unsealed or damaged after delivery, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at amandanaskinrituals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side or a faulty/damaged product.
